Customer satisfaction is main key for any business because if the customer is not satisfied with your service definitely he will never come back again. Or the other hand if he will satisfy once time he will definitely come back with few more customer. The two main principle for any business, fist is safe your potential customer and try to persuade you customer for buying your product. It’s all depending on you that how you can follow these two principles. For getting more clarification regarding the customer satisfaction we will take one example, that you have open a new business in starting. In starting the business running smoothly lots of mails receiving from your side and lots of phone inquire are there. Everything will be running smoothly if you customer support operator mange their support department properly like they are sending proper response to their customer and try to resolve their inquiry with in very lesser time. But on the other hand if your support operators never check their emails regularly and never give any response to their customer regarding their inquiry and taking lots of time for giving response. The customer will dissatisfy with your service and he will never try to buy your service again. And he will suggest some more people for not buying your product. From this process you will lose your customer day by day and one day you have no customer. Than your will never grow and you have to closed the business. So it’s important to provide better customer service for smoothly running your business.
